Created by Tamadaba Estudio for Design Anarchy. Each plate is unique, individually decorated with lead-free colours and hand-made, so there are no two pieces alike; it may vary in shape and colour.
This Handpainted Collection is made of pure white, fine and high quality European porcelain. Dishwasher and microwave safe.

The history behind our new Burano Tableware Collection:
Picturesque Burano is known for its brightly colored fishermen's houses and its casual eateries serving seafood from the lagoon. Its relaxed mood and its vibrant look have attracted us since we were kids and we can recall afternoons spent strolling around its alleys spotting the funniest piece of personal laundry hanging out to dry.
Since before the Venetian Republic, Burano was home to fishermen and legend says that the houses were painted in bright hues so they could see their way home when fog blanketed the lagoon.
When we were brainstorming how to celebrate the 1600 years of Venice, we decided to cherish it in two ways:
- Cruising the lagoon aboard a traditional BRAGOZZO boat with a group of like minded friends so that we could savour with them the taste of a waterside life.
- Decorating our table with a pattern that represents Venice itself.. from the Gondolieri’s t-shirt to the curtains protecting houses from the Summer sun.
And this is how our new striped collection of artisanal ceramic plates and handmade linen was born.
